The Field Supervisor will be responsible for conducting training of Research Assistants, supervising the activities of Trauma Registry Assistants and Follow-up Research Assistants from the ten study sites in Cameroon, conducting regular visits to collaborating hospitals and participating in data quality control and analysis.
Working hours will be 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and he/she will be given a 1-hour lunch break every working day.

This is a full-time position for a 1-year contract which is renewable during the 4-year period of the project depending on individual performance and availability of funds.
The Research Assistant will be charged with the implementation of m-Health in Limbe which is one of the project sites. The Research Assistant will be placed under the supervision of a Field Supervisor and he/she will be responsible for collecting health-related data from eligible patients in collaboration with other hospital workers and keying the data in an electronic data platform.
